What is KW Prep?

KW Prep is a specially curated curriculum and will be distributed via KW University. The coursework is made up of learning modules that will supplement with any licensee, regardless of the jurisdiction where they are getting their schooling. Modules focus on balancing the practical elements taught in real estate school with real-world application.

When will this program launch and where is it available?

• Pre-Licensure/CE States: Market centers within the 24 states indicated in the heat map can enroll immediately. Student enrollment, along with access to an education portal for agents to access pre-licensure and continuing education courses, will begin November 1. Students are able to access continuing education at a reduced rate. Students will have to connect with a participating market center to enroll.
• CE-Only States: Market centers in CE-only states will receive access to an education portal where currently licensed KW agents can purchase continuing education at a reduced rate starting Nov. 1.
• KW Prep States: Market centers that are not within the initial 24-state licensing territory can opt into KW Prep in November. The curriculum will be available in December.

How will the Keller Successful Career Opportunities instructions be delivered?

• Pre-Licensure/CE States: Courses will be offered in an online, self-study format. Instructor-led courses will be available at an additional cost to the student.
• CE-Only States: CE courses will also be delivered by our education partner via a digital portal.
• KW Prep States: Via a digital learning platform managed by KWU.
